A renowned rotisserie, serving only spit-roasted chicken, excellent fries, chicken skewers, and paccanelli. The restaurant is located on the central Viale Colombo in Foggia, a densely populated area. Always very busy. Reservations are recommended. The owners are extremely kind and courteous, and the staff member who cooks the chicken is extremely friendly. Pantagrill's chicken and fries are a true delight.

30/12/2025: I'm now a regular at Artesian. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, quiet enough to have a conversation with good background music. The service is fast, and the waiters are all very kind and discreet. The meat is delicious, and an honorable mention goes to their attention to those like me who have to eat gluten-free. Probably my favorite place in Foggia!
