01/10/2025: Disappointing experience. I ordered a bacon sandwich but they served it without it, and they didn't even give me the nuggets I'd paid for. The service was distracted and inattentive, and I ended up spending money without getting what I wanted. I definitely won't be returning to this place.

26/09/2025: I was passing through the area with my daughter, so we decided to stop at the McDonald's in Colonnella for lunch. We asked the staff for advice because we were having trouble deciding, and we found a fantastic woman: Michela Celenza. I asked for her name so I could give her a great review of her and the service she provided. She recommended some excellent options, with great patience, professionalism, and interest, but above all, a beautiful smile... Something that's sorely lacking these days, especially among young people. That's what happens when you love what you do. I wish Michela the best and hope everyone knows how lucky they are to have her on their staff. Thank you, and we'll definitely be back. ❤️
