The quality of the food is unquestionable. The sandwich is exceptional, but adding a €4 cover charge to the bill is a rip-off because there's literally nothing there... no tablecloths, neither cloth nor paper, not even cutlery, just a knife that comes with the sandwich... It's a shame, because that's exactly how you lose customers.

Finally a proper sandwich, not like the ones at MC. Peppone is very friendly and the sandwich is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

It's been years since I've been here. And I must say that I ate some stellar sandwiches with my family: the meat was excellent, the bread was excellent, and the chef Michele was top-notch. Well done and congratulations to Peppone.

The only place apart from the kebab shop where we could eat after midnight. The service guy made us a really delicious hot sandwich with local nduja, even though it was after hours. The fact that we didn't speak Italian wasn't an obstacle here :) the best sandwiches in Reggio!
