Definitely the undisputed king of sandwiches in Prato. I've been stopping here every now and then for years and they're always good, as is the lampredotto.

If you want to enjoy an EXCELLENT lampredotto sandwich, Roberto's is the place to go! In addition to the excellent sandwiches, you'll find a helpful staff member who's always ready to joke and chat with customers. Highly recommended ❤️

I haven't been to Roberto's in a while. He's been our post-evening sandwich maker for years. Aside from the delicious, well-filled sandwiches, as always, you end the evening with stomach cramps... but from laughing! Since he spent several minutes throwing breadcrumbs at me, I wanted to give him two, but... I couldn't 😂! Great Roby, you've stayed the same, and the sandwiches you make, even the votes, are delicious!
