Not only are the sandwiches very good and customizable, but they also have tasty first courses. Carbonara, gricia, and amatriciana are all very good.

Whether it's sandwiches or dishes, it's always worth a visit. Excellent bread, good-quality ingredients, and they cook it themselves. The meat is good. What else do you need for a good sandwich? Nothing, just friendly, fast service, and you'll find it here... 👍 I always go back every time I pass through Trigoria. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place. I had a relative hospitalized at the biomedical campus, and you guys were my lifesaver. The place is clean, and the kitchen is well-protected with excellent glass to protect the food. I'm tempted to give you four stars because the first time I came, the burger was semi-raw, and the subsequent times, even though I asked for it to be well done, the meat was always undercooked, especially the sausage. 😔 So, well done, but also be careful about customer requests; an extra thirty seconds of cooking doesn't cost anything. Back to the large ciriola sandwiches and excellent selection of side dishes, they also do first courses. If I'm in the area, I'll gladly return. Thanks.
