I don't know if this review is valid, but it's worth it. Abundant food, well-cleaned clams and mussels. Fresh mixed fried fish. Sublime mussels with pepper. Truly excellent bread and perfect for the food. Glass of wine: Principe di Corleone. Water. Restyling, tablecloth, etc., with beautiful colors and care and attention to detail. Naturally recommended. 👏

Great atmosphere. We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy. The pomodoro bruschetta was amazing. They were also fine to remove an ingredient that we could not eat in the salad. Good portion sizes.

03/08/2025: Since a friend of mine introduced me to this place six years ago, I've never had a spleen sandwich anywhere else. €3 for half a loaf. There's no other place in Palermo with this quality and quantity. It's a place for "true Palermitans." It deserves more visibility. The owner and her children who help her are wonderful and polite people. It's a pleasure to go and eat a sandwich at "La Buca della Salvazione."
