For various reasons, I've been to many pastry shops in the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Padua, and Treviso. Many, but not all, have excellent products. Here at Visentin, perhaps the space isn't generous or the seating is extensive. But the business is exceptionally clean and organized. What sets this place apart is the staff, whose manners are kind and friendly with those they see most often. These women always look you in the eye when you ask, always smile, use polite language and tone, and engage with customers even on non-work-related matters, yet remain professional, focused, fast, attentive, and orderly at the counter, paying attention to the aesthetics of their product displays. It's truly something you won't find easily elsewhere. Kudos to Mrs. Vusentin and her girls; before I come in to order, I already know I'm treating myself to a sweet treat. TRY IT!

Prices are a bit high but the products are of good quality.
