The best stracotto anolini in the whole of Val Tidone, the classic Piacenza tortello with tail is also excellent, as are other specialities. Their focaccias and sourdough bread are delicious. It is advisable to book these specialties if you pass through those parts, especially on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, days of maximum attendance. Really lovely and helpful staff.

Durante un breve soggiorno in Val Tidone siamo passati in questo storico panificio acquistando due tranci di "chisöla coi grasei" (focaccia coi ciccioli), irresistibile specialità che abbiamo trovato davvero ottima, così come in passato il buon pane fragrante.
