Super delicious little bakery with great bread, cornetto and focaccia.

Excellent focaccia served by very kind and patient staff.

As tourists in La Spezia, we were fortunate enough to discover this gem of a bakery, which delighted us with truly excellent coffee and cappuccino. The desserts are delicious, not to mention the delicious pizzas and focaccias that accompanied our trips to the Cinque Terre. Good variety of products, very good rebocco bread, friendly and knowledgeable girls, excellent focaccia of various types, excellent brioches and cannoli.

"Tradition and goodness that you can taste at first bite" Every time I go into Panificio Santucci, I feel like I'm in the right place. Their naturally leavened bread is a marvel: fragrant, with a golden and crunchy crust and a light and digestible crumb. You can feel the care, experience and respect for tradition. It's the type of bread that makes you want to rediscover simplicity: a slice, a drizzle of oil and you're happy. But the real surprise were the zeppole di San Giuseppe: soft, very fresh, with a custard that deserves applause — velvety, not too sweet, scented with vanilla. A dessert that conquers from the first taste, perfect for any occasion (not just in March!). And then, it's impossible not to mention their focaccias: tall, well-seasoned, fragrant... a true local specialty. Even the morning croissants are a treat: perfectly flaky, light, with generous and genuine fillings. Always courteous service, simple but welcoming environment. A real bakery, where they work with passion and you can feel it. Thanks Santucci!
