I frequent this place often and can say that it's welcoming and the quality of the products is excellent, with a wide selection available. However, I've encountered a less than friendly attitude from the lady at the counter, who often comes across as unwelcoming and seems annoyed by the presence of customers. On one occasion, I politely asked if it was possible to reheat a pizza, but was told it was already warm; unfortunately, when I finally finished eating it, it was cold.

Absolutely the best bakery in the region! Panificio Santoro 1962 is a true gem — the quality of their bread, focaccia, and traditional products is unmatched. Everything is baked fresh daily, with authentic flavors that bring back the taste of tradition. You can really feel the passion and craftsmanship in every bite. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and ready to recommend something new to try. Whether it’s their classic pane di grano duro, crunchy taralli, or seasonal specialties, you can’t go wrong. A must-visit if you want to experience real artisanal baking at its finest!

Nothing exceptional, I tried the pinsa with mortadella and pistachio, which was inedible, but the tomato pizza was good, the coffee was normal, and the price was exorbitant... good, but there are better...

I go back about once a year and I can say that I never regret it. The products are of excellent quality.
