For those who want to savor typical dishes of the Sicilian tradition, it is the right place, flavour, quality of raw materials and a mix together with the friendliness of Mr. Forte Tito. and friendliness that distinguishes this bakery and restaurant, everything is prepared on the spot, without pre-cooking, in the photo two fantastic first courses, Pasta alla Norma Catanese with freshly fried aubergines and strictly sheep's ricotta salata, and to finish a nice revisited Pasta with sardines by Mr. Forte, all with an average of 179 g of pasta per dish! I will definitely be back for another culinary trip.👏👏

Il signor Vito continua a sapere il fatto proprio in cucina ed i paccheri alla carrettiera (razione generosa), il totano alla piastra ed anche solo delle semplici insalate ne sono l’evidente dimostrazione. Quando poi arriva il cannolo, tra cialda e ripieno, il livello diventa Olimpico! Si può stare sui 15/20 Euro. Se ricapiterà, rifaremo deviazione.

Siamo arrivati in questo posto sia perchè abbiamo letto le recensioni ma anche su consiglio del signore dal quale abbiamo comprato i famosi ceci rossi. Appena siamo arrivati siamo rimasti un po' delusi: si trattava di un vero e proprio panificio anche poco fornito di pane (era già tardi). In realtà cucinano all'impronta un certo numero di piatti anche a base di pesce veramente ottimi. Tutta roba fresca e genuina. Abbiamo pagato € 50 in due. Il proprietario gentilissimo ed accogliente come del resto tutti i ciancianesi (non so se si dice così). Consigliatissimo!!!
