A true Palermo gem and the best cannoli I’ve ever had! I visited Panificio Putano twice in one day that’s how good it was! In the morning, I stopped in for a couple of sweet biscuits that were absolutely delicious. Later that evening, I couldn’t resist coming back for a cannoli… and honestly, it might have been the best of my life. It was filled right in front of me with fresh ricotta light, creamy, and perfectly sweet. You can really taste the care and tradition in every bite. If you’re in Palermo, don’t miss this spot for an authentic local treat. I’ll be dreaming about that cannoli for a long time!
