One of the best pastry shops in the area. I was really satisfied; I had the warm custard with whipped cream and a raspberry brioche muffin filled with jam. Excellent prices, a beautiful and welcoming place, and very kind staff. Approved!

Excellent value for money. I've been a customer of various stores for many years. However, I must point out that the waiters' aprons are often very dirty, and that's not a good sign. Olgiate in particular. A little more attention is all it takes, that's all!

24/01/2026: The hotel is very old. Need to some upgrades. For example, there is no ramp to bring your luggages to the counter. Restaurants was nice.
01/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel from October 25th to 29th in a double room (801) with a Royer Voyage group. The room was very clean and well-equipped (safe, small refrigerator, toiletries). We had a small balcony overlooking the lake. As for the food, there was a wide variety of choices, especially at the breakfast buffet. We ate very well. The waitstaff was truly excellent: efficient, kind, smiling, and attentive (special mention to Selvina for her kindness). I recommend it and will return if the opportunity arises. Don't forget to try the Aperol Spritz at the bar.
