Fisichella is a must-have in Caluso. I'll start by saying that I don't eat much bread, so I don't go there to buy it, but I do go and sample all the other delicacies that are beautifully displayed, from sweet to savory. Pizzas, focaccias, stuffed focaccias, sandwiches. And then there are single-serving cakes or slices, brioches, cannoli, and pastries galore (they make fresh pastries to order). The cakes (like birthday cakes) are beautiful and delicious. The great thing is that they make themed products (e.g., for Grape Festival, Christmas, or other holidays or anniversaries), which attracts customers with these new ideas. I would go there every day. Well done!
I'm not used to fresh bread every day but on weekends and on free days visiting this laboratory is a pleasure for the eyes, nose and... mouth when you get home... very good bread as well as other baked goods and desserts created with care and imagination
