I bought ESSE BURANELLO. The taste is similar to the crunchy part of melon bread in Japan. It was a rich cookie with an addictive taste and was very delicious. I wish I had bought more as a souvenir. Highly recommended!

A small but nice bakery and pastry shop on Burano! We visited the bakery after a lot of locals were coming and going. To take away, we ordered 2 croissants with cream, which were freshly filled for us, and a large Bussola biscuit from the well-kept and beautifully decorated shop. All the dishes tasted excellent and the staff was very nice and accommodating.
