What about a baker who has received so many awards over the years? Only the best of the best. Excellent quality on all products, including pastry. Very kind staff and maximum availability during the lock down 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝. On Valentine's Day and upon advance request, lactose-free meringue cake "Suprema bonta'"😘. Artisanal doves and panettones😍. For Women's Day...many sweet mimosas😍 The kindness of the staff continues, who replaced the one who retired. Also vegan products. Even the pizzas!

Anyone who knows anything about pastry making and food knows very well that for the success of the final product (in addition to the skill of those who make the recipe) you need to start with excellent quality raw materials. I have never tasted Iginio's Panettone, much less Knam's, but I am more than sure of one thing, that if you choose Bazzoli's Red Panettone you will not regret it one thousand percent! Trust a Chef, be on the safe side!

02/01/2025: I tasted the panettone given to me by the company; we liked it a lot. Soft. Juicy raisins. Such soft citrus peels. Will I last until next Christmas?🤔🤔🤔 The employer gave me a chocolate and walnut dove: in my opinion it is really very good.

08/03/2025: As for the food, I express my opinion on the pizza. The classic was simply delicious, from the crunchy pastry to the filling, everything was very fresh! Then you find "the leavened", 36-hour leavened dough, wholemeal, multigrain or gluten-free, soft on the inside, crunchy on the bottom, with various choices of land, sea and vegetarian. The divine dessert, mascarpone and salted caramel cheesecake, with TOP peanuts, but there is a wide choice, including tiramisu tart, semifreddo, three chocolate marquise and much more. Very courteous staff, a really nice and quiet environment in my opinion, the fact of being able to book on Saturdays between the first and second shift is also useful for me to have an excellent service. I will definitely come back.
06/03/2025: Excellent pizza. Salted just right and without burning on the bottom (a very important and often overlooked aspect).
