A truly excellent bakery. I discovered it while spending a few days on vacation in Lavinio, because it's hard to find good-tasting whole-wheat bread.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, and Rodolfo, the baker, is excellent.
I love whole-grain bread, and they make it artisanally here, and it's truly delicious (very soft, and for those who like it, it crisps up quickly and is just as tasty).
I also recommend it for pizza and other specialties.
