A week after the review, I returned to buy rustico and was greeted by two different people who didn't even say hello. The female clerk, after foisting me a product with different ingredients, left it on the counter unwrapped and didn't even say hello. The product didn't have a price tag, and they didn't even issue a receipt. I would never go back, especially since there's trash everywhere...

Fresh bread all day. Excellent homemade pizza and scaldatelli. The only problem is that at peak times (like Saturday night) it is very crowded and you have to wait even if the staff is quick and allows them to serve many people in a short time. Recently they also started producing desserts that have nothing to envy those of the pastry shops.

Sempre pulito e ben fornito ma pane e panini buoni solo appena sfornati (forse un aiutino con il vapore?) Sempre fila per la pizza serale ma personalmente niente di che.

Everything is excellent, from the pizza (the buckwheat sauce is special) to the ready-made dishes (parmesan, potato gateau, scagliozzi) but also a lot of HONESTY! Having lost the wallet in the restaurant, they promptly notified the Carabinieri who immediately intervened on site to return it to us! Thank you! Only suggestion: improve the extraction of the oven/kitchen if possible because a strong odor remains on the clothes

28/08/2025: Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm welcome and were allowed to check into our room early. The room is very simple and quite dated, and the bed linens were fresh, but there were still visible signs of dirt. The view, however, is fantastic. The parking lot is unfortunately a 10-minute walk away, but it's okay. The breakfast was delicious.
13/08/2025: Room: Relatively small, a bit noisy due to the sea view – thus a direct view of the promenade (Viale Regina Elena) and the Fontana – of course, it's always busy in Italy during peak season! Clean and fully equipped. Service: Very friendly welcome, all information provided. Access by car for luggage logistics: via Via Venezia, Viale Dante Alighieri, and Via Giuseppe Mazzini – license plate number must be provided to reception to obtain special permission! Location: The top dog in Grado – great location with a sea view! Restaurant: Yes, good quality, but for lunch from 2:00 p.m. onwards, only toasted bread or sandwiches are available, which is a shame. Great wine list! Parking: Located on the other side of Grado – Riva della Serenissima / Riva Garibaldi – open space (approx. 15 spaces) and covered hall (6 spaces), about a 10-minute walk (800 m). Overall, a really nice hotel!

22/07/2025: Fantastic. I'll start by saying that I personally don't like tartare. I've eaten/tasted it in various places, but the result has always been adamant: no! No raw meat! But here it was spectacular. I don't know if it was the atmosphere, the combination of ingredients, or the accompanying sauce, but here I can say I rediscovered a dish that we'll definitely be back for more. Not to mention the lemon spaghetti with tuna tartare, fabulous, all accompanied by a white focaccia and a good white wine. I only give it 4* because the water wasn't very cold, but that's a matter of taste. That said, we'll definitely be back, thanks.
18/07/2025: My partner and I come to Coquus for special occasions because the dishes on the menu are truly exceptional: top-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Excellent value, and finally, Mirko, the owner, is extremely helpful in presenting and recommending the various dishes. We'll be back as soon as possible!
