Panificio Moderno In Trento

Coffee arrived lukewarm and I had to ask for the strudel to be reheated. the environment was a bit cold. We had taken shelter in the pastry shop hoping to find relief from the cold outside but we were almost sick.

Me and my friends went for breakfast by recommendation and absolutely approved, very friendly and welcoming girls, fast service and delicious brioches. I'll definitely try again. Recommended 👍🏻

The brioches are spectacular, my favorite Cinnamon roll The girl who served us was delicious The place is also beautiful

The bread and coffee here are delicious. It is slightly more expensive than bars/bakeries in the area, but you also get quality in return

The strudel here is freshly baked. It's good to sit here among the locals. The service is very friendly and the cappuccino is excellent as in all of Trento. The dark baguette is crispy and delicious, even for German tastes. There is a large selection of sweet and savory items at the counter. We always shopped here for breakfast.

I chose the Panificio Moderno for my graduation lunch and it was an impeccable experience! They have a room on the first floor which was reserved for my guests and set up with great care, creating a welcoming and at the same time functional atmosphere. The food was good and plentiful, with a selection of platters, sandwiches, focaccias and first courses prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The drinks, equally good, completed the offer. The staff proved to be attentive, kind and always available, ready to satisfy every need with great professionalism. I highly recommend this venue for events and special occasions!

Excellent bee pizzas and excellent desserts

Bakery with excellent products, wide choice and excellent service. The prices are in line with the quality offered and it is definitely a place to try if you are passing through Trento
