Every time a confirmation: excellent bread, wonderful crust and excellent conservation (after 2/3 days in a paper bag it is still very good!). Even for a lunch break Panificio Moderno confirms itself as an excellent choice: every time I tasted excellent dishes, seasonal and very abundant!

I celebrated my graduation in this place, and I had a great time! Very nice and welcoming location, excellent service and tasty and simply delicious products. The staff was also very friendly and professional. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend it to everyone!

La qualità dei prodotti e’medio-alta, quindi ci sta che i prezzi siano in relazione alla ricerca di prodotti poco “industriali”. Il pane è molto apprezzabile! Sul personale ecco direi…: generalmente fra le nuvole, sicuramente senza stress ma quando hai fretta la cosa infastidisce. E poi quel cara di qua cura di la ha un sapore poco genuino.

30/07/2025: A new experience in Salento. After 19 years, we decided to try this location for family reasons, and if you want to relax, this is the place. The staff is extremely kind and available to meet every need. There's plenty of space, and the large pool is a great place to read or listen to music with headphones, caressed by the breeze. Of course, this all depends on the "nature" of the guests, but during our stay, we had a wonderful time. Vacation mid-July 2025
30/07/2025: A beautiful place for hiking, very quiet. A car is definitely required. The room was nice, the bathroom functional, but everything was just showing its age and a bit worn. Unfortunately, there weren't enough electrical outlets in the room, so be sure to pack a double plug. The breakfast was typically Italian! So don't be disappointed; it's not a breakfast buffet like we're used to.
