Very helpful and attentive staff. - Cristiano, head waiter, very professional. - Giorgi, waiter, extremely helpful. - Massimo, chef, a 5-star chef in my opinion. - Despi, receptionist, knowledgeable and pet-friendly. - Elen, very professional receptionist. During my working life, I've stayed in many hotels, 3, 4, and 5 stars, and I've even eaten at Michelin-starred establishments. I had a GREAT time here. I'll be back. You're among the best.
