The classic focaccia is excellent, the crispy onion focaccia roll is divine, the bread is well-cooked and very tasty, and the panettone is definitely worth trying too, what can I say, a pearl of a bakery!

05/09/2025: I had the best experience in Matera at this bakery! Patrizia and her sisters are the best and they welcomed me with open arms and let me sign up for an amazing bread-making lesson I'll never forget! I also learned about the history of the famous Matera bread, and we had a tasting of different focaccia, wine, and pastries. I will be back to try everything in this bakery!
