Bread done as it should. The flours, the dough and the leavening made with sourdough are excellent. Really good, definitely lasts at least a week. If you don't taste it all first...

Rye sandwich with roast beef, rocket, lemon, parmesan and DIVINE oil! Perfect potatoes, fruit salad at the right temperature, neither frozen nor hot, even water... Fully satisfied
