Until a few months ago, I would have given zero stars: the breadsticks were soggy and tasteless, and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude. In the last few weeks, for some reason, I wanted to give it a try. I've been back two or three more times, and I must say there's been a noticeable improvement in flavor and texture (although the occasional breadstick is a bit softer, but nothing like last year). The lady who now greets customers is very courteous and kind. My rating is 3.5/5, but I'm rounding up.

07/03/2026: We went for lunch today to celebrate a birthday, a very nice place, the price offered was very good, I would say, the food was classic home-style without any particular refinements but good, the service from the girls was excellent, very nice, attentive and helpful, I think they are the plus point of the place, recommended for classic Sunday lunches with the family, or for organizing events and parties, intimate and welcoming place, recommended.

16/10/2025: I visited NELÌDA Bistrot in Turin's Parco del Fante, opposite the Polytechnic University of Turin, just outside the city center. I went for a business lunch. The menu ranges from breakfast to an after-dinner aperitif, including focaccia and sandwiches, first and second courses, all made with traditional Italian ingredients. A wide selection of beers and a wine list with a focus on Piedmont, but also offering options from beyond the region. They also offer a refined and unique drinks list with premium spirits for those who want to enjoy a drink during the meal or before dinner. They also offer very unique packaged desserts and ice cream. The spaces are well-kept, both indoors and out. There is an outdoor terrace (always open). It's very popular with young students and adults, and Carlo and Giulia and their young staff are kind and professional. Highly recommended, I would add always!
