Excellent focaccia at great prices. Went here a few times during my trip to brescia.

For many years I've been going to Ferrando's bakery. A baker. Ligurian. Where can I really find the true Genoese fu caccia. Who sometimes? Not even. In Liguria, it's hard to find anymore because it's become too commercial. Inside the bakery, you can find slices of focaccia. From the plain version to the one with onions and olives. And you can also find farinata. The pieces are sold individually. It's a shame you can't buy focaccia by the kilo; it would be more correct, especially if you buy a large quantity.

The pizza rossa was fantastic, as was the chard and ricotta pie. Top quality and prices!
