18/08/2024: I usually have a really good time in this place, especially because this year I found a delicious gluten-free brioche, and the quality is really good. So for the quality I recommend it. I'm sorry, however, that yesterday the service was really BAD! I was in the company of friends including a boy with a guide dog and the waiters did not understand our needs: to have a table that was as accessible as possible. When we spoke for the first time it seemed like they should put us at a nearby table, but after 5 minutes they gave it to 8 people. When the waiter returned he told us to sit at a table at the back of the room, where it was impossible to access given the many people who were sitting there. We explained several times that we couldn't get between the tables (with the guide dog it wasn't easy, either he got wings or we had to get everyone to get up from the occupied chairs), in short we pointed out that there were two free tables immediately after to our left, but there was no way to make the waiters understand. Even a couple who were watching everything told us that they were willing to get up to let us sit, obviously we didn't accept, but then I don't understand the difficulty of understanding a simple and real difficulty on the part of the waiters. In the end we managed to sit in the table indicated only because the place was empty and the boy managed to pass with the dog. I'm really sorry for this negative experience!
