I'm sorry but reluctantly I have to note that unfortunately "not all that glitters is gold". After a few episodes I was forced to leave. I decided to review only now, even though I no longer frequent the place, especially for the sake of information aimed at the majority. EPIDODES EPISODE 1 - LUNCH First course with the same type of pasta but with two different cooking methods, one more yellowish and drier, the other not. The waiter asked me if I wanted to change, but I preferred to postpone it and leave as soon as possible. EPISODE 2 - BREAKFAST I go to the bathroom for obvious reasons. I have a "bad" habit of washing my hands and automatically drying them, but I noticed that I was out of paper, and it wasn't the first time. Upon exiting the same bathroom I meet the waitress and report that the hand paper is missing. ANSWER WITH A SMILE: Go to the other bathroom. EPISODE 3 - BREAKFAST I sit at the table and notice some crumbs on it, since I don't like eating on a table that is visibly dirty with crumbs, I take a piece of paper and decide to clean it up. Here, and after my cleaning, while I try to enjoy the slice of tart and the hot coffee, surrounded by the scents that can emanate and the tart with its sweet jam and the steaming hot coffee, which characterize a classic and fragrant breakfast , the waitress arrives and, without even warning me since I was eating, sprinkles alcohol on the table and then wipes it with a cloth, leaving me in the "company" of a smell that I won't tell you. Even in this case, I leave breakfast and disappear as quickly as possible. There are other situations to mention, but it is not my intention to write a book. Reviews in this world of social media are king and best focus on the different and innumerable situations that the customer sees, savors and faces on a daily basis. To be honest, the episodes narrated here have something in common. The owner was missing. "do the mice dance when the cat is missing"? Sin!

Last week I had the scampelle and two stuffed panzerotti (mozzarella and ham), they were both soft and not very oily, really good. The place is clean and tidy, the prices are average.

We had an aperitif...everything was very good...the pizza was excellent...the location was intimate and welcoming...the service was fast and efficient...we will be back

Appena giunti a Termoli e dopo aver parcheggiato l’auto dietro la stazione dei treni, parcheggi gratuiti strisce bianche, ci siamo incamminati verso il centro e a pochi minuti siamo giunti al bar, panificio Di Sirio che è caffetteria, gastronomia, panificio e pizzeria. Al bar interno si possono fare aperitivi, colazioni ed addirittura mangiare ottimi primi e secondi piatti a prezzi ragionevoli.
