The bread is simply superb! I went there this morning for the first time... I was thrilled! My compliments, truly.

I tried the pizzas and I must say the dough is very light and easily digestible, although I prefer dough made with traditional flour rather than wholemeal. The filling is made with excellent ingredients, and the mozzarella is average, but very good. I will definitely try the bread, which I haven't tried yet!

The best bread in all of Udine. Obviously, the price is directly proportional to the quality. It's an understatement to say the quality is excellent. I love this place and I love their bread.

You can't find bread like this anywhere else! Natural, made with ancient grains from Mereto di Tomba. The pizza and brioche are all delicious and high-quality. Marco and his entire team are incredibly kind! Highly recommended.

I really like bread, but I find it VERY EXPENSIVE, going up to 11 euros a kilo. I'd love to buy it more often, but at these prices, I only go there occasionally.
