A little gem near the baraccano. I entered by chance one afternoon, not knowing that it would become my favorite bakery in the city. Lisa will welcome you, an extraordinary woman with a huge heart and a humanity that is rarely found. The place would be worth it just for her presence, but when you try the desserts (all made by her), the bread made by her uncle or the pasta made by her mother, it will be difficult not to replicate and even more difficult to forget this pearl. Not to mention the prices that are now much more than honest compared to the nearby bakeries. I take this opportunity to send a kiss and a warm hug to Lisa, thank you for making your work an art and your humanity a very rare treasure

Unfortunately, I've never been to her shop, but the owner's reputation for kindness and the quality of her products has reached Sicily, where I live. The Easter Colomba cake my sister-in-law brought as a gift is delicious: simple and soft, the flavor is delicate, and you can't taste any preservatives. I hope to visit Lisa and congratulate her in person the next time I'm in Bologna!
