As a Bolognese, I am ashamed of having entered this bakery only this morning. I'll say right away that they make the best sfrappole I've ever eaten! You enter the shop and you feel enveloped, embraced, by sweets, but not by just any sweets, the really good ones, the genuine ones, such as biscuits, biscuits, biscuits, donuts, donuts, leavened products, meringues and so on and so forth. If he had served tea I would have sat down and eaten everything there was! Really, highly recommended. Plus fantastic service, the owner is a friendly and nice lady

How delicious are these tarts and biscuits, they are reminiscent of homemade ones. What scents! The owner was fantastic and really kind. I recommend everyone to stop here!

This oven is beautifully addictive! All very good! The very kind lady, available to explain the various products, I highly recommend! It also has truly irresistible biscuits with special flours! It will be a fixed destination from now on.

23/03/2025: Occasion Dinner during a business trip Location Small restaurant / rotisserie in a town near Bologna. I won't remember the place for the setting but it is in line with the type of structure. Tables quite close together and a bit noisy when crowded. Food I would say spectacular! The pumpkin pie was delicious. The zucchini flowers stuffed with burrata and anchovies too! The cheek was very tender and tasty. The dishes my colleagues had were also very very good. Very good dessert. Price Excellent value for money. 40 euros per person for a starter, a main course and a dessert each. Including a bottle of wine. When I am again in the Bologna area, I will definitely go back!

18/03/2025: Super! Vegan restaurant in the center of Bologna, we need more of them! Excellent dinner, excellent selection of dishes, for all tastes. I had the spelt pici with broccoli cream and the chocolate cheesecake. All delicious and very well-made. I also appreciate the fact that they don't abuse salt and sugar. For some it may seem like a deficiency, but I think it's a great way to better discover the flavors of the dishes offered.
15/03/2025: A positive surprise. Cute and trendy, full of well-dressed people, super central location in the quiet streets behind the police station, you can't see it if you don't know it... and the food is good. Fresh ingredients, original proposals, price appropriate to the location.
