We found this bakery in a secluded corner of Via Giolitti in Padua, a welcoming and well-stocked café-pastry shop, staffed by attentive and caring staff. It's practical and fast, offering a quick selection of toasted sandwiches, piadinas, and quality pastries. I recommend it if you're in the area, but be careful about the time, as it gets very busy during lunchtime, as it's surrounded by offices. It closes at 6:00 PM.

Ristoro La Vallesana

14/10/2025: Nestled in the greenery of the Euganean Hills Park, the restaurant is run by young, capable, and dynamic staff. They serve local cured meats and excellent wines. There's both indoor and outdoor space where you can admire fantastic sunsets. Parking isn't huge, but it's adequate.
06/10/2025: Excellent location, very good food, and good service. Also recommended for the view of the hills.
