Super good bread. I leave Rome to go get a loaf of dark bread in Santa Marinella. Exquisite. You can feel that the products used are of high quality.

We were passing through on vacation and took a trip to Allumiere. Pistola Bakery has excellent wood-fired bread and many other great products. The bread is a delight! We'd love to come back on our next vacation!

28/04/2025: I had very high expectations... too bad. Maybe I came in at the wrong time. I tried it driven by the review videos seen on social media, the bread seemed crunchy but it turned out to be soft. The meat had a strong unpleasant odor... I didn't like the taste. It's not worth the price paid, unfortunately... I advise you to be more careful Positive note: everything was hot and freshly made, fast service

01/04/2025: Forse uno dei pochi locali ancora gestito da romani storici nati nella via, a pochi passi dalla fontana di trevi, locale curato con pochi posti perfetto da coppia, altissima qualità dei prodotti sia enoteca che classici leccornie italiane, una angolo per c nn i ama ancora l’ italianità
