Excellent! ... We arrive and on the wine list we find a Timorasso with a more than fair markup; it was already a hit here! A carnivore was satisfied with the grilled Jospel, a vegetarian more than satisfied with the menu options! The beetroot carpaccio with salted lemon was top notch! The bill was very fair, the best restaurant in the entire valley. Approved by two chefs!

We stopped for lunch and it was superb. Stephano was just a delight to talk to and most importantly a talented chef. Our food was freshly cooked and utterly delicious. Would most definitely recommend a visit here for great food, super service and most enjoyable conversation.

In a beautiful valley, a small restaurant and a Restore surprised us with a truly priceless welcome and cuisine.
I don't have a photo because as soon as the dish was brought to the table, the smell and aromas made me
forget to take some shots.
Next time I will definitely hold back and take at least one photo.
It makes you mention the beers, but I will do that next time.

Wonderful experience! Went with husband, friend and parents...a surprising place! From the outside it looks like a shop, inside it looks like a pub but then you look at the menu and you find a super original variety that satisfies all tastes and dietary needs! As a lactose intolerant I also loved the chef's proposal who invented a dessert for me (bread crust with rhubarb and apples!)... I was touched! The choice of bread is also interesting: it's gluten-free, so everyone is happy! It's definitely a place you don't expect in a mountain village! We had a really good time! Thank you!

How beautiful are the places where you feel at home! Very welcoming pubs, with a really kind service, easy-going and attentive to intolerances, and an original and delicious cuisine!
