A bit of a unique place, lots of good things, but a toasted sandwich for 5 euros and a small portion of lubianska for 13 euros seems excessive to me.

Its in the industrial part. BUT, its AMAZING. Gluten free and mostly vegan. Croissants have a filling, baby 😍. There is parking :)

A true paradise for celiacs, from sweet to savory. I enjoyed excellent sweet breakfasts featuring brioche and bought focaccia, arancini, meatballs, and tramezzini to eat on the go during my vacation. Fair prices and friendly staff. When I return to Trieste, I'll be happy to return.

08/12/2025: We arrived for lunch (two of us) without a reservation and were immediately seated at one of the few remaining tables. We opted for the mixed tasting menu and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was attentive without being intrusive and explained all the dishes to us, which were truly delicious.
07/12/2025: A nice place, excellent service, the dishes were not very hot and the meat was so-so.
