This bakery uses only organic flours to make its large loaves, focaccias, and bagels, and deserves all the awards it's received. It offers excellent breakfasts with pastries and coffee, including filter coffee.

The good and authentic smell of bread, as it once was, with wholemeal flours, semi-wholemeal flours of excellent quality, such as brioche, pizzas, all served by young, experimenting and kind-hearted bakers: absolutely to try for breakfasts with friends and small pampering sessions.

A small, hidden bakery, so hidden you have to go looking for it, but it's worth it! Everything is delicious and made with carefully selected ingredients (from organic on up!).

07/05/2026: Excellent cuisine with pizzeria.
07/04/2026: Simple and clean room. In the center of Monzambano, a perfect location for visiting Garda and the Mincio area. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant on two evenings, which was very good. Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff.
