25/11/2024: They had spoken well to me about this place and I was happy with this culinary experience. The menu is very simple, it includes a sea route and a land route, but it is possible to mix sea and land without any problem. I opted for the seafood menu and found the combinations between the individual ingredients very good and spot on: the prawns served with mixed vegetables sautéed in soy sauce were exceptional, the scent of the soy won me over even before tasting the dish, the ginger it gave that extra touch of lightness which gave the dish a big thumbs up in my opinion. The celeriac cream that served as a bed for the cod tempura was also delicious. Once again I appreciated the oriental contamination with the pak-choi sautéed in soy. I also tried the mock egg and bacon and the braised cheek from the terra menu and both were very good. If you are looking for more traditional flavors perhaps the land menu is more suitable. The service was impeccable, nothing to say, I was amazed at the grace with which the lady who served us managed to take away 6 dishes at a time and in the meantime also manage to waste a few seconds talking at our table. Unfortunately I only give 4 stars because the pacchero with octopus and the dessert didn't completely convince me, perhaps I was expecting something more. I hope to come back and change my mind!
