A while back, when it first opened, this pizzeria, in my opinion, was the best in all of Padua. Unfortunately, lately I've been very disappointed by the quality of the pizzas, more than the service (always punctual) or anything else, because this is the third time in a row I've eaten pizzas with disproportionate or minimal ingredients. If they offer such a wide variety of pizzas, with such sophisticated ingredients and pizzas, I'd ask them to at least pay a little more attention, not so much to the choice of ingredients, but to the care with which they are used. The last one was a Giorgita pizza, with cavolo nero, dried tomatoes, pumpkin cream, and mozzarella. This one had too much cavolo nero, which in my opinion was too bitter, and too little pumpkin cream, which would have helped balance the bitterness of the cavolo nero; the dried tomatoes were also few.

My rating represents the average between food and service. I consider PanePizza's pizza among the best, if not the best, in all of Padua. The product is exquisite, which is why we've been customers for at least seven years. It was difficult to get through by phone, but this was brilliantly resolved, first by joining JustEat and then through an excellent and simple dedicated app. However, I must point out, in full transparency, the frequent delays in home deliveries. I wouldn't have written this if it had happened sporadically. Again, I've been a customer for seven years and have recommended PanePizza to friends and colleagues. Tonight it happened again. The order was initially delayed by 30 minutes, but the pizzas arrived after another 30 minutes. Total time: 1 hour, and I can assure you it's not easy when there are small children waiting. I called twice to check the status of the order, even offering to pick up the pizzas, forgoing home delivery. I understand how difficult it is to work on a Sunday evening when you have so much to do, but I can't accept being hung up on. I hope it was a mistake; the second call went better. I accept it and thank you for the apology you offered over the phone. I read from other reviews that I wasn't the only one experiencing the delay. As I said on the phone, I hope a constructive solution can be found to fill this single, but important, missing piece.

I ordered a few pizzas for takeaway with a friend. The place is small and mainly focused on takeout. Many young staff were working, and we were served quickly, with the pizzas ready on time. The pizza is tasty, resembling a Neapolitan style but slightly different from the original. The ingredients were average, but overall, the pizza was good.

Everyone was really great! Vegan options and friendly staff. A special thanks to the girl at the cashier this evening who, after seeing a man who had clearly walked past me to pay under the pretext of getting a beer from the fridge, pointed out that it was my turn first. I'm not expecting politeness, but kindness, which is evidently in fashion among young people. Thank you, I really appreciated it.

Lately (for about a month now), it seems impossible to reach them by phone to order pizza. When calling both numbers on the website, it either says it's busy or rings but no one answers. It's a shame because the pizza is good, but we've been unable to order at least four times. EDIT: A year later, I'm updating the review. Perhaps the phone issues are still there, but they now also have a proprietary app for placing orders. Let's just say the delivery fee isn't exactly cheap (3 euros), but I don't have many to compare it with, and it's still about the same as using JustEat. The pizza is good, and they have some ingredients that I haven't often found in other pizzerias I've used. I definitely recommend it.

My favorite takeout pizzeria in Padua!

In my opinion, one of the best pizzerias in the area. Light dough, quality ingredients, and on-time delivery. We also ordered two seasonal pizzas, which were truly delicious! Recommended.
