A gem in the center of Seuna. You eat well, you feel comfortable and you pay the right amount.

Cute little restaurant in the heart of one of the two old neighbourhoods of Nuoro, Seuna. The food is very tasty and it’s so refreshing to see how they give such an original twist to something so traditional as the “pane lentu”, which is the distinctive, paper-thin Sardinian bread “carasau”, just one step before toasting. You can order it as a wrap and combine the exquisite range of ingredients they have on the menu to make a heavenly meal. They also stock vegan local *cheese* (Veghu) and you can add it to your pane lentu wrap. The staff is also nice and very chatty. I would only kindly say that they need to improve on their dietary restricted orders as they may slip and give you dairy cheese when you order a vegan platter instead. This happened to us. Therefore be careful if you’re lactose intolerant or vegan, and always triple check before eating. Apart from this, it’s a very lovely place we 100% recommend.

Locale piccolo con pochi tavoli ma molto accogliente. Menù con ampia scelta di pane lentu, ma anche di taglieri e piatti caldi. Eccezionale il pane frattau e la seada con miele. Si coniglia prenotazione.

Bel locale, pulito, con pochi tavoli e proprietari gentilissimi. Proposte di menù particolari, non banali. Fanno tutta la pasta, i ravioli ed i culurgiones a mano ed un ragù super buono. Propongono hamburger che non ti aspetti: di pecora, di asino e di capra. La prossima volta mi riservo di provare quello con carne di pecora. Ovviamente panelentu in tutte le salse, insalatone, polpette, arrostcini…Buone anche le birre artigianali, ho gradito molto la Terra Mala di Nugoresa. Bella e buona la carta dolci, compreso l’amaretto con il passito per chi è intollerante. Buona la grappa morbida barricata prodotta sull’Isola. Consigliatissimo.

Been twice during my two-day stay in Nuoro with my wife. Such a gem! An original idea that mixes modernity with tradition, great options, and a fair selection of local craft beers to go with. Will go back as soon as I have the chance to return to lovely Nuoro!

Found by chance while we were passing through Nuoro, we were delighted. We tasted the panelentu, all good but the one with the truly exceptional purpuzza. Very nice environment and very kind service, they also satisfied us with a taste of dessert (very good) and myrtle (equally good). Highly recommended!
