Locale piccolo con pochi tavoli ma molto accogliente. Menù con ampia scelta di pane lentu, ma anche di taglieri e piatti caldi. Eccezionale il pane frattau e la seada con miele. Si coniglia prenotazione.

Bel locale, pulito, con pochi tavoli e proprietari gentilissimi. Proposte di menù particolari, non banali. Fanno tutta la pasta, i ravioli ed i culurgiones a mano ed un ragù super buono. Propongono hamburger che non ti aspetti: di pecora, di asino e di capra. La prossima volta mi riservo di provare quello con carne di pecora. Ovviamente panelentu in tutte le salse, insalatone, polpette, arrostcini…Buone anche le birre artigianali, ho gradito molto la Terra Mala di Nugoresa. Bella e buona la carta dolci, compreso l’amaretto con il passito per chi è intollerante. Buona la grappa morbida barricata prodotta sull’Isola. Consigliatissimo.

The idea of focusing the cuisine on lentu bread is excellent, an interesting menu in the tradition of Sardinia and above all Barbagia, with dishes presented in a contemporary way. Wines and beers are also local. Friendly staff, with a smile and impeccable service. A place with attention to the smallest details in a beautiful spot in the historic center. Absolutely adequate prices. Well done.

TASTE OF HOME AND GENUINITY
We found this place by pure chance and, although we didn't have a reservation and there weren't many seats, they immediately seated us.
The service was excellent: we were treated with care and kindness; We wanted to try a bit of everything and, very kindly, they made us some portions to share.
The Sardinian gnocchi with ragù and frattau bread are highly recommended.

The "lentu bread" is very good! They are carasau bread rolls with different fillings but the ones with goat hamburger and caramelized onion and frattau are exceptional. The donkey kebabs are a little chewy but have a good flavor and seasoning. Malloreddus and colurgiones are also fair.

Panelentu stuffed in different ways....all amazing, I personally really liked the one with the goat burger.....but also the one with purpuzza and grilled cheese, but also the one with aubergines, tomato and cheese.. ...
