Pane L'enthusiasmo offers local specialties in an innovative and interesting way. The ingredients are excellent, and the menu offers other local dishes in addition to the restaurant's signature dishes. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant. Craft beers are available. I would return.

Perfect dinner!!! The food was great and traditional. The wine selection is not wide but the Carignano was good. The staff is very nice and the old and traditional neighbor nice.

We went to this little place, out of the way, but it was a real revelation! It was a truly amazing experience. Panelentu with any filling: made with care and with excellent ingredients. We had two different ones. The one with the goat burger, zucchini, and onion, not having quite understood it, we repeated it! It was truly an excellent dinner. Craft beers, obviously Sardinian. The host was very professional and friendly! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The place was tiny, but on Thursday we found a spot even though we booked late. We ordered the panelentu (bread that's baked and then rebaked to make carrasau bread), which was round but soft.
One was a goat burger with roasted zucchini and caramelized onions, heated on a griddle until crispy. The other was purpuzza (meat minced to make sausages) and fresh cheese, delicious but perhaps a little dry.
The sebada (dessert) was also good, along with water, wine, and beer;
all in all, a wonderful experience.

I ordered a vegan platter, consisting of various cooked vegetables and vegan cheeses plus fig jam, and then, of course, a panelentu with vegetables and vegan cheese! I loved it, it was delicious; one cheese on the platter blew me away—the best vegan cheese I've ever eaten.
I was sad I didn't get to try the desserts, but I was so full!
