Excellent fresh vegan pasta! I tried both the tortelloni with almond ricotta and those with porcini mushrooms. Truly special! I also did a fresh pasta workshop and in addition to having fun, I quickly learned to make vegan tortelloni and tortellini thanks to Valentina's skill and friendliness.

I went here for a vegan cooking class and it was very good, excellent products and maximum availability from the owner. Warmly recommended
