Pane Georgiano In Bologna

I know the Georgian traditions well, as soon as I have some time I will stop by Ristorante Pane Giorgiano. It deserves 5 stars only because it is Georgian and is single in Triveneto

Khachapuri is not bad, especially considering that in Italy it is difficult to find the right cheese for the classic recipe. The dough is a little dense and rubbery, but there is quite a lot of filling. Rating - 3.5/5. I really liked the pomegranate wine - fresh and pleasant to the taste. The honey cake was disappointing. The cream is too greasy and oily, more like a spread. At first I thought it was because it was frozen, but the waitress confirmed that it was buttercream. This is the first time I’ve seen a honey cake with such cream; I couldn’t finish it, although the cakes with a bright honey taste were good. Friends tried eggplant rolls and a cake with chocolate layers and boiled condensed milk cream - they liked it.

Excellent experience truly recommended. The really good Badrijani nigvitz (aubergine roll in walnut cream) and also the bread focaccia with beans

We were passing by, it was 3pm and we hadn't had lunch, we were looking for a particular place and we came across this restaurant... never was a choice more appropriate! Excellent quality of food, so much variety even for those who don't like meat! We will return soon to try new specialties

Excellent dishes. Excellent khachapuri, shame because there is a better place in the parallel street. They are called the same. Next time we'll go to the other one.

The best ever... we come from Padua to be able to enjoy a restaurant like this, one of the best cuisines in the world

Volam da nderr. Great ambiance with Georgian music

Situato nella periferia di Bologna, questo ristorante mi ha fatto scoprire la splendida cucina georgiana. Camerire simpaticissimi, atmosfera casereccia e vivace. Cibo a prezzi stracciati e porzioni infinite, buonissimi sia i khinkali che il khachapuri, anche il vino non scherza. Da provare assolutamente!

Questa sera ero dalle parti di questo ristorante georgiano e così mi sono fermato per mangiare qualcosa; avevo già provato tempo fa l'altra sede dello stesso ristorante che è lì vicino. Ho preso i ravioli ripieni di formaggio e l'insalata con la salsa di noci. Purtroppo la birra georgiana non era disponibile. Il servizio è un po' triste e i prezzi sono nella media.
