Excellent food. Sunday lunch for a birthday. Truly fresh fish dishes, prepared with care and skill by the talented chef. Table service is impeccable with particular attention to the needs of diners. An important resource for the territory. A somewhat spartan place, but it still doesn't hurt when the quality of the food and the service are fundamental in a restaurant. Adequate and average price. Kindness and helpfulness from all the restaurant staff. A beautiful and pleasant experience.

Impeccabile il servizio ai tavoli con una particolare attenzione alle esigenze dei commensali. Una risorsa importante per il territorio. Locale un po’ spartano, ma comunque non guasta quando in un ristorante è fondamentale la qualità del cibo ed il servizio. Prezzo adeguato e nella media. Bellissima esperienza in questo ristorante. Locale non bellissimo per i nostri gusti ma pulito ed essenziale, sicuramente mangiare all’aperto deve essere ancora più soddisfacente. Cibo di ottima qualità, cucinato bene e con begli abbinamenti. Prezzo tutto sommato nella media. Da tornarci!

A place surrounded by the greenery of Liberi, with a beautiful view. The courses are taken care of down to the smallest detail; the products are of excellent quality and you can see that behind every dish there is care and passion. Impeccable service. We will definitely be back with great pleasure to try the whole menu.

Having ended up in the area quite randomly and looking for a restaurant, we read about Pane arso and we went there. The restaurant is located in a nice quiet area and we didn't believe we would find a restaurant so well set up and with many fish dishes. The excellent and friendly welcome, the extremely refined menu. We were welcomed and honored with prosecco and seaweed zeppoline. The starter chosen for my wife was based on excellent potato balls with porcini mushrooms and parmesan fondue, while I asked for a very generous platter of cheeses and jams. As a first course we both chose fusilloni with purple prawns and smoked buffalo mozzarella (very tasty and with a steaming and very beautiful presentation). Even though we were already full, due to the excellent cuisine, we also took (half) a portion of fillet with Paris coffee on a bed of puree and glazed carrots. Ultimately an extremely pleasant lunch and an experience to be repeated.

We found ourselves in this place by chance, we had dinner with sliced ​​Angus and grilled lamb, appetizer of cheeses with honey and onion jam. Everything excellent. Pleasant environment, pleasant music, good wine and for all tastes and budgets. Very honest account.
