Excellent location; food also; prices a little high. The most unpleasant and disconcerting thing is that the service people do not greet you when you enter, they continue to do something else and you don't know if they have seen you and that they often talk about other things among themselves: decidedly unprofessional and not at all welcoming.

In my opinion the best Panarello store in terms of window display, location and products. Friendly and professional cafe workers... My absolute favorite product is the Panarellina with zabaglione, because the cream is perfect. If I really have to make a criticism: in my opinion, lowering the prices of the pastry shop by €0.20 would make it much more in line and inviting compared to the competition, also because the prices are really above average, especially for small sweets such as Cobeletti or Quaresimali.

If you want a good coffee at PANARELLO you have to go. It's the best in the area. All their products are of excellent quality. The entire staff is always available and courteous to anyone, always ready to satisfy the requests of even the most demanding customers. There is Elisa who is very good at cappuccino and the coffee is always excellent

Unfortunately, having a well-known name is no longer enough... rude bar staff, sometimes busy talking to colleagues instead of being available to serve at the counter... never ready to say hello and clean the counter... Often the coffee to be consumed is placed together with already used crockery, crumbs and dirty napkins... Even the floor near the brioches counter is often full of crumbs I think a thank you and a good morning are in order...but it's not enough
