I went to the shop on Via Caprera for breakfast this morning. As always, the products were high-quality. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and helpful! The only downside was the air conditioning, which during this hot period would have helped us enjoy breakfast more!

Excellent location; food also; prices a little high. The most unpleasant and disconcerting thing is that the service people do not greet you when you enter, they continue to do something else and you don't know if they have seen you and that they often talk about other things among themselves: decidedly unprofessional and not at all welcoming.

In my opinion the best Panarello store in terms of window display, location and products. Friendly and professional cafe workers... My absolute favorite product is the Panarellina with zabaglione, because the cream is perfect. If I really have to make a criticism: in my opinion, lowering the prices of the pastry shop by €0.20 would make it much more in line and inviting compared to the competition, also because the prices are really above average, especially for small sweets such as Cobeletti or Quaresimali.

If you want a good coffee at PANARELLO you have to go. It's the best in the area. All their products are of excellent quality. The entire staff is always available and courteous to anyone, always ready to satisfy the requests of even the most demanding customers. There is Elisa who is very good at cappuccino and the coffee is always excellent

Unfortunately, having a well-known name is no longer enough... rude bar staff, sometimes busy talking to colleagues instead of being available to serve at the counter... never ready to say hello and clean the counter... Often the coffee to be consumed is placed together with already used crockery, crumbs and dirty napkins... Even the floor near the brioches counter is often full of crumbs I think a thank you and a good morning are in order...but it's not enough

18/01/2025: Conoscevo già la location, situata all’interno dell’Hotel Bristol, che merita davvero una visita, dato il valore artistico. Per quanto riguarda la cena è stata soddisfacente ma non eccezionale. I piatti si presentano bene, i prezzi sono medio alti.
12/11/2024: Giotto - el restaurante del magnífico hotel Bristol Palace (se revisa por separado) - aparece en las críticas como uno de los mejores de Génova. El entorno es de "viejo estilo" grandioso en todos los aspectos: arquitectura, interior, personal (bastante de ellos) en uniformes. Flores, lino blanco... Etcetera. Usted se siente elegante y también espera que la comida sea elegante - y de primera categoría cocinar - sabia. Cenamos un domingo y debe entenderse que no es tan fácil conseguir ingredientes frescos de primera calidad un domingo. Nuestro entrante estaba bien con pasta negra y sepia. La frita misto era bueno pero no excepcional (no se ofrecen servilletas de limón / enjuague). Mi esposa tenía un plato principal de pescado y allí se mostró que era un domingo. El pescado no estaba del todo fresco y estaba bastante seco y claramente demasiado cocido. No estaba muy contenta. Semifreddo de postre estaba bien. WIne list ok con opciones por el vidrio. Precios asequibles. Pero... no, desgraciadamente, una gran experiencia. Solo esperaba que un día de semana -con ingredientes frescos- resultara un mejor resultado. PS Que se diga que la ambición de la cocina es alta y que Giotto bien puede rendir mejor. Como fue en nuestra visita fue desigual, por decir lo menos. Y eso no es suficiente si quieres estar en la cima.
