First time here: fast service and soft, delicious focaccia. 120 grams for €1.50, reasonable even considering the fairly central location. They're very streamlined with the receipts at the checkout, but you can pay contactless.

Focaccia bar located just steps from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. We had breakfast with a cappuccino and brioche and some focaccia for lunch. The focaccia was very good and had a wide selection of flavors. The guy who served us the focaccia was a bit lazy, while the girl who served us breakfast was kind. Good prices.
