Palazzolo In Rocca di papa

My friend and I went last night and had a great meal. Tonnarelli, bacon (exceptional), cacio e pepe, of which I'll post photos, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, both generous dishes, a mixed appetizer, a white focaccia, a portion of French fries and tiramisu (really good). More than positive experience, beautiful evening environment, nice people, absolutely normal prices. I didn't try the meat because I was very full, but from the cuts I saw, that too must be exceptional. To return!

The Palazzolo restaurant is a real jewel with a splendid view of Lake Albano and Rome. The place is extremely well looked after and, in this Christmas period, there is a splendid atmosphere thanks to the lit fireplace and the festive decorations which create a warm and welcoming environment. The service was impeccable: friendly and quick staff. As for the food, everything was really excellent, especially the pizza, thin, fragrant and with a delicious flavour. The desserts are also good. Definitely an experience to recommend to everyone. The only discordant note, although not attributable to the restaurant, is the rudeness of some parents at nearby tables who leave their children in front of their mobile phone screens without headphones, forcing the other guests to listen to the sounds coming from the devices at a high volume. An aspect that could be avoided with a little more attention. Having said that, the Palazzolo restaurant remains absolutely recommended!

Table for two dinner with the wife. What can I say, it was a fantastic dinner, the setting is beautiful, tastefully furnished and makes you feel at home, professional and kind waiters, perfect service but above all... the dishes! Indescribable as good as they are! And at the end of all the prices are excellent compared to average! Congratulations indeed on everything! We will be back!

Compared to the previous management, less extensive menu and higher prices. Nice and welcoming environment. The food is reasonably good and the service is informal and fast. Cellar of reasonable depth.

Locale molto bello, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più sul mangiare. Primi scarsi come porzioni, ho preso delle pappardelle al sugo di lepre e mi aspettavo di più. Carne ottima. Servizio pessimo. Molto confusionario, ci hanno portato vini sbagliati, portate che non erano le nostre, i piatti viaggiavano da un tavolo all'alto, visto il prezzo fisso del servizio sul conto non si possono fare queste figure. Per non parlare dell'attesa prima di prendere le ordinazioni...Sicuramente non ci tornerò volentieri.

location deliziosa, enorme, su tanti livelli, in un curvone della strada che porta a Rocca di Papa. Parcheggio privato molto grande, cibo delizioso, ottimi prezzi.
