A pleasant experience and surprise on my return from Liguria on a Sunday evening. The atmosphere is very warm and quaint, with sandblasted stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and small, intimate rooms. The staff was very friendly and gave us excellent advice. The food was excellent, offering both Piedmontese and Ligurian dishes, typical of the area on the border between Piedmont and Liguria. The price was reasonable for what I ate, and I'd happily return. There's a decent-sized parking lot in the square below, but parking is available on the surrounding streets. I highly recommend it.

Excellent food cooked very well, excellent service, the lady who served us was very very kind and competent. The interior of the restaurant is also beautiful, located inside a very old building with exposed stone and brick. Recommended.

A wonderful surprise in the village of Sassello. Good food, excellent wine, a truly picturesque and charming setting. I recommend it to everyone.
A small observation, which led me to give 4 stars only for service, and it's a criticism I hope will be taken as a stimulus to excellence. I mention this because I mentioned it to the owner before leaving, and she clearly gave me the impression of being annoyed: as soon as we sat down, they didn't bring us bread and condiments; we had to specifically ask for them when they brought our appetizers.
In any case, we'll definitely be back.

We had lunch outside on the small terrace. The selection was limited but very tasty. We also had the homemade (still warm) cake for dessert. The atmosphere is lovely on a small square in the old town.
Only open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays.
