Discovered this pizzeria while wandering around Nardò. As a Neapolitan, I have to say the dough is really light and the pizza is basically good. The price isn't excessive; in fact, we were really surprised. I recommend it.

A nice place, but the staff was a bit unhelpful. Unfortunately, we had to chase the waiters the entire time, from ordering to asking for toppings. It's a shame, because the food was really good, especially the pizza. Furthermore, once the pizza arrived and I cut it, it was taken away from me and taken to another table. Unheard of! Terrible service.

Good pizza But I've never found a pizzeria/restaurant where you ask for a caprese (from the menu) and it's served without bread (because they don't have any) and, more importantly, with half a mozzarella.

So far best pizza I’ve tried in Italy and definitely best in Salento, true Neapolitan pizza. Must visit for Nardo.

Una pizzeria eccezionale dove ogni dettaglio fa la differenza! La pizza è semplicemente deliziosa, preparata con ingredienti di qualità e una cottura perfetta. Si sente tutta la passione in ogni morso. Il proprietario e tutto il personale sono persone squisite. Gentili, accoglienti e sempre con il sorriso. Ti fanno sentire come a casa. Consigliatissima.

16/07/2025: It's not a "utopia"! Kindness and courtesy, excellent service. The quality and deliciousness of the dishes offered respects local tradition. We had already tried the pasticciotto and rustico: a delight! We've never eaten anything so good. Last night we went for dinner, from the starter to the dessert, everything was perfect! In the heart of Marittima, a pleasant and welcoming place. Thank you.
