This evening my boyfriend and I decided to try this pizzeria, and we had a truly positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth by the entire staff, who immediately proved kind and helpful, showing us to our table. Special thanks go to Roberto, who was truly friendly and attentive: from taking our order until we left, he made us feel welcome and at ease. We started with an appetizer of montanarine (four pieces), and they were truly delicious! Soft, tasty, and perfectly prepared: they won us over immediately. Next, we ordered pizzas, which were also excellent: well-cooked, flavorful, and truly satisfying. The place also deserves a mention: very beautiful, well-kept, and elegant, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening, and we'll definitely be back. Recommended!

But the real highlight was the atmosphere: with guitar and piano playing, all improvised, we sang along with the other diners, creating a unique and engaging moment. Not just a dinner, but an unforgettable experience!

PAGLIALUNGA Pizzeria offers expertly cooked pizza in an elegant and welcoming setting. The ingredients are fresh and natural, and the professional, friendly staff is extremely helpful. The owner is always present, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and the service is prompt. One of the best experiences in the province, definitely worth repeating and recommending. Excellent pizza, soft and made with select ingredients, but not only that. Delicious stuffed zucchini flowers, breaded anchovies, and much more. Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely recommended! And then... to finish the evening, a stroll through Nardò's historic center.
