If you fall for it, you'll fall for it on your feet.
The first courses are excellent, from penne all'arrabbiata to farfalle with tuna, from rigatoni with gorgonzola and sedanini to the classic tordelli from Versilia. When chef Fabrizio is in the mood, he also cooks absolutely exceptional seafood dishes, starting with spaghetti allo scoglio.
From Monday to Saturday, for lunch (opening at 12:00 p.m.; closing at 2:00 p.m.), you can choose from a business lunch menu: for €14, you get a first course, second course, side dish (your choice of all three), bread, water, house wine, and coffee.
For those who prefer a lighter option, they make delicious salads that you can customize to your liking.
In the evening (Wednesday to Sunday) and at Sunday lunch, even without the "business lunch" option, prices remain affordable.
You must try their steak, as well as the chef's desserts, which are truly remarkable.
The atmosphere is simple, the service attentive and reasonably quick. I prefer going there for lunch during the week, because the atmosphere is warmer and more authentic, with workers, retirees, and other workers enjoying the excellent dishes.
