Great food, setting and service!

Great ambiance, excellent service, and good food. The prices are quite high, but justified by the excellent service.

A high-end restaurant, focusing on Italian/Peruvian cuisine, with excellent food quality (pictured is linguine with blue lobster). Because it's particularly expensive, you'd expect attentive service, but that doesn't happen: waiters spill water while pouring, bring the wrong dishes or don't bring them at all, make mistakes on the bill (overheard by the next table), and place cutlery directly on the wooden table. Furthermore, the wooden tables and chairs are very uncomfortable and probably unhygienic, as they don't have any tablecloths. And if you end up in the courtyard with its gravel floor, the comfort won't be what you'd expect. I'd also add that there's a wait of about half an hour for the table to be "prepared."

Pacifico Rosemary is a beautifully located restaurant with a truly unique atmosphere. The combination of the vibrant blue wooden tables, the atmospheric fairy lights, and the breathtaking sunset over the ocean makes a visit a truly memorable experience. The restaurant's culinary offerings are particularly impressive, with fresh, flavorful ingredients and creatively presented dishes: crispy, golden-brown fries, a vibrant tomato salad, and grilled corn with subtle seasoning—all a delight. Only the chicken couldn't quite match the flavor of the other dishes and was rather unspectacular. A wonderful place to end the evening with good food and a stunning view—highly recommended despite a few minor criticisms.

Great location near Porto Cervo with a stunning view of the Costa Smeralda sea. I love music, but it's a bit too loud for my taste. The food is rather small in portions – if you're really hungry, you should definitely order several appetizers. I especially recommend the red tuna tacos – an absolute flavor bomb! It was a bit unpleasant that the waitress repeatedly recommended the five most expensive dishes to us. Since my girlfriend is very picky about meat, I couldn't order the tomahawk on my own. She still tried to persuade us several times, which led to a somewhat awkward situation. My neighbor at the table had the tomahawk – it looked fantastic! I would definitely recommend it. The menu says it weighs 1.1 kg, but when cooked, it weighs more like 700–750 g – perfect for two to three people. On the positive side, I would like to point out that the waitress was otherwise very pleasant, as were the other young waiters who served us that evening. Very nice: They even treated me to a mirto. On the downside, we had to wait a long time for the bill and were ignored for quite some time after our meal. That was a bit of a shame – but the place was also very busy that evening, so it can get stressful. Unfortunately, there are a lot of wasps, which is unavoidable in nature here. The prices are in line with what you'd expect in Porto Cervo. I'll definitely be back – but with some help to try the Tomahawk.

My wife and I went to Rosemary's the other night for the first time. The atmosphere was wonderful, perfectly complementing the background music. The ingredients were top-quality. The service was just as good as described above, with Michele and Stefano making us feel right at home! Highly recommended!

The food here is genuinely amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. A truly top-tier kitchen. Sadly, the service is the complete opposite. We had to chase down waiters for everything, from the dessert menu to the bill. After asking for the bill, we were ignored for 15 minutes, and I had to physically go to the bar to ask for paying. It’s a shame that such great food is paired with such poor, disorganized service (especially for given price point).
