We spent a full day at P Beach Lido near Ostuni and enjoyed every moment. The setting is beautiful, with elegant design and real comfort, making it easy to relax. The atmosphere was calm, never crowded, and the service attentive without being intrusive. Lunch was a highlight: a delicious warm insalata di mare followed by a perfectly cooked fritto misto, accompanied by an excellent Bombino Nero rosé. It all added up to a beach experience that felt refined, welcoming, and truly worth it. The perfect place for anyone looking for a quality day by the sea.

We always live in Ostuni in the summer and knew P Beach before the fire. Yesterday we went there for the first time since it opened. The food, or rather the "Ferragosto menu," was excellent and worth every euro! The service, with Mina & Alessio, was very attentive and friendly. We'll be back soon... 👍😁👌

I am not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from. We visited P Beach and stayed at Paragon 700 7/25 - 7/28. We were traveling with another couple and their small dog. The service was exceptional, far from what we have in Miami, NY or DC. The view is magnificent and the food was delicious. And, we had one of our friends who is a local Italian and she thought the Cacio e pepe was amazing. The owners were so gracious and attentive, along with their entire staff at the beach and hotel. We will see you soon!

Refined structure, perfect design, highly original and sophisticated decor, excellent food. A very, very pleasant place to spend a day, have lunch, a drink, or dinner away from the typical Apulian summer hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!!
PS. For those complaining about the prices (totally justified in my opinion), you can't expect to go to a place like this and find the same prices as the dilapidated bar on the street built 50 years ago... A little seriousness.

It was our first, but NOT our last, time there; we were completely satisfied! I thought the bread served with the meal was absolutely fantastic—lovely, fresh, dark bread, the kind I've always missed in Italy! Keep it up!
