01/09/2024: Upon arrival we were greeted by Maurizio, a very friendly, nice and approachable person.
After letting us choose the table and having us sit down, we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco (Defaveri to be precise) and an entre served with equal care and detail on the plate, a delicious mushroom sauce with bread chips.
We started what will be a fantastic journey with wild boar salami and ham, fried quail eggs with a base of porcini mushrooms, truffle cheese and truffle and mushroom crostini.
Afterwards we ordered a picio with white wild boar sauce with truffle flakes, FANTASTIC!
The consistency of the boar was perfect, the flavor was more than spot on, the flavors were blended but very distinct, a MASTERPIECE!
later we ordered a Florentine steak (cooked perfectly), fried porcini mushrooms and fried fantasy, all perfect, to finish we had a mascarpone semifreddo with truffle and truffle honey. A CONTINUOUS OF EXPLOSIONS IN THE MOUTH.
The price compared to the quality is more than excellent, fantastic atmosphere and venue, excellent welcome, exquisite cuisine, complex but not exaggerated, modest but not excessive portions, all accompanied by a Scuttum mezzeni.
Everything is absolutely excellent, congratulations to everyone, we will be back soon to eat much more.

31/08/2024: Beautiful rooms, lovely location, competetent staff, delicous food. Perfect. And then Carla....what more can you ask for? We were at the restaurant several times over the ladt few years. This year we booked a room there. It was fantastic. We plan to go back next year. Sono molto gentili
