Positive experience, warm, welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality ingredients. I was slightly disappointed by the katsudon portion, which I found a bit small. Another aspect that somewhat "killed" the atmosphere was the tablet ordering, which is usually found in all-you-can-eat chains and didn't match the elegance of the place. Excellent service, all the staff are very kind! The explanation of the various types of sake was also much appreciated. Good ramen.

The fish was good quality, and we particularly enjoyed the maki, available in various versions. A good selection of desserts. Fast service, but the place isn't particularly special.

My favorite Japanese restaurant! I want to say that I'm writing this review after having been there several times! From the first time, thanks to their manager Rhuan (I hope I wrote that correctly ☺️), my family, friends, and I were transported to Japan with jaw-dropping stories and tales. The first time we even tried the sake experience (I recommend it even if you're not a sake lover like me). The excellent quality food, professionalism, and kindness are the hallmarks! Among the many times we've been to this restaurant, we were also lucky enough to meet the owner, a friendly, kind, and down-to-earth person who told us all about his history and how Otosan and his other restaurants came to be! Every time I finish dinner, I'm already thinking about when I'll return ☺️

We were a party of two and seated comfortably for dinner service. All of our dishes were satisfactory. We ordered the chefs special mango roll, a tempura salmon roll, spicy tonkatsu ramen, miso soup, a sake bottle. My husband grew up eating lots Asian cuisine and this was the first time he was truly satisfied eating Japanese food.

Always top-notch, without a doubt the best Japanese food in Rome. After trying it, you'll realize you've only eaten rubbish until now. The dragon roll with eel and fried shrimp (€20) is exceptional, and the roll with fried sea bass, sweet potato, mango, and lime (€16) is original and tasty. It's a shame it's getting more and more expensive.

This is my second time eating here, and I've always had a truly pleasant experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, intimate, and elegant, which makes every dish even more special. The quality of the food is excellent: fresh and authentic, with impeccable presentation. Furthermore, the price is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. An ideal place for those looking for a quiet, delicious evening with traditional Japanese dishes. I highly recommend it.
