Since the new management took over, the atmosphere has finally become youthful and cheerful. We've been there several times, and I must say I've always found the owners knowledgeable and friendly, and the food excellent.

Positive experience: high food quality, sometimes unusual but always well-chosen and effective. Moderate wait times, professional and friendly owner. Everything was very good, prices reasonable. Portions were generally adequate. The only negative, in my experience, was the gnocchi. Its sophisticated flavors and excellent food, however, were very small. Otherwise, an exceptional evening.

One of the best foodie experience during my stay in Italy. Great products, amazing service and intriguing concept. It's not the typical Italian pasta amatriciana experience, modern and explorative of tastes and memories. Special note for the chef, funny and pretty 🥵🥵
